Since you are checking out our headshots page, you probably already know how important having a great looking headshot is for your business. Whether you’re a local small business owner or the CEO of a Fortune 500 company your image is important to us. Let’s bypass the sales pitch and get to the important part, your brand. We can accommodate any number of people in almost any time frame. Five people to five hundred, our staff specializes in getting every person a headshot he or she will love.
We believe when people enjoy the process, they are happier with the final images. We aim to deliver a relaxed and fun experience that focuses on providing everyone with the high-quality images they desire.
To make it easier on your busy life, we normally come to you. We only require a space and some time to set-up, then we create the images right in your office.
STANDARD SINGLE PERSON HEADSHOT SESSION
Single Person $499
Session includes approximately 60 minutes of photography at your location, up to 5 looks, including changes of clothes and possible environmental portraits at your location. This session includes up to 10 of your favorite images, including basic retouching.
TEAMS
We come to you and set up a professional studio at your location to photograph your team. Each person’s session includes approximately 15-20 minutes of photography time and two changes of clothes, if desired. The client gets to pick his/her favorite two images and they include basic retouching if desired.
$259 per person (2 to 3 people)
$159 per person (4 to 5 people)
$139 per person (6-9 people)
$119 per person (10-20 people)

FAQ’s
WHERE DOES THE SESSION HAPPEN?
In most cases we come to you. We will need an area of about 10’ x 12’ to set up our portable studio system with AC power. A conference room (with a table that can be moved to the side), lunchroom or open area in the office work fine. We do have a studio available by appointment, ask us if you require the use of a studio for your headshots.
WHAT IF WE WANT TO MATCH OR CHANGE THE BACKGROUNDS?
One option is to photograph everyone on a similar but neutral background and extract the subject out and replace the background, commonly known as “Green Screen or Chromakey.” Although green screen can be used, if you opt for a lighter background you can sometimes still see the green glow around the subject. This option takes a bit longer in post-production and additional fees may apply.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
You can choose the look or looks you like. Try a variety, some with business formal, some with business casual and maybe even some casual. Darker colors and long sleeves tend to be more slimming and bright colors & patterns can be overwhelming in a headshot.
Make-up should be moderate and what you would wear on any normal day. Today’s high res cameras capture every detail so if men shave, you will want to be clean shaven.
WHAT DOES BASIC RETOUCHING INCLUDE?
Basic retouching includes skin enhancement, blemish removal and wrinkle softening.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET IMAGES BACK?
Your headshots will normally be available within a few days as electronic files to download.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Anaheim, California, but since we come to you, we travel as needed. Travel charges may apply depending on the location or multiple locations for large teams in multiple cities.
